Cooking Tips
Whole Foods
Cooking with whole foods.
I am no chef - but with whole food cooking you will surprise yourself with how wonderful your food can look and taste. Once you lose the addiction to sugar and processed foods, you will be able to pick up on the subtle tastes of the whole foods, and flavours in your meals. You can create "layers" of taste and texture by adding herbs and spices (which also improve the digestibility and nutrient content), and by mixing cooked and raw foods on the same plate. Have a variety of condiments and sauces so that people can individualise their plate according to their own taste.
